Lawyers in Croatia are not a type of people that prefer writing blogs, so I can't think of any I have heard of.
http://legalis.hr/ was a seroius one, but it looks like they kept only their forum, at least I can't find adviced they were giving in a form of articles.
After I googled, I found this one:

I guess you should have a different approach to advertising your blog in Croatia, Facebook ads seem logical choice for me.
